A deeper dive on ‘The Future of Leadership’, which is essential for driving Total Transformation. What makes a ‘Digital-Age Leader’ different from a traditional leader? This section will explore the key differences between New Leadership and Traditional Leadership. The Digital Age demands Catalytic Change Leadership and needs more Leadership skills (which are crucial for leading the creative, self-managing teams of the future and are skills that cannot be automated away) than Management skills (which increasingly will be automated), and this difference will be explored.
Participants will be introduced to the 8 Traits of Digital-Age Leadership. Each Trait has several Enablers that are essential to achieving that specific trait, and these will also be covered. Examples and perspectives from real leaders will be provided for context.
